Are 9/11 trials just a distraction to get EPA to make C02 a "pollutant"?

Since PINO got installed, his administration has been foisting one crises after another onto the American public... like an assault rifle or rapid fire machine gun.

This week? All the hub bub has been about the White House's proposal to bring 9/11 Gitmo inmates (KSM) to New York for a "fair" (right) trial and to house them in Illinois (yikes!).

* So is this *
* just another *

? ? ?
While Illinois and New York are now all up in arms discussing this... behind the scenes:

"The Obama Administration is pursuing perhaps its biggest power grab yet. Climate Czar Carol Browner is trying to have the EPA regulate carbon dioxide as a pollutant under the 1970 Clean Air Act, a sweeping global warming regulatory agenda without a vote of Congress."

Here to read the fact sheet proposal which: addresses the emissions of the group of six greenhouse gases (GHGs) that may be covered by an EPA rule controlling or limiting their emissions:
Carbon dioxide (CO2)
Methane (CH4)
Nitrous oxide (N2O)
Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)
Perfluorocarbons (PFCs)
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6)

Why the concern?
The USA Federal government wants control over naturally occuring VAPOR!

Maybe a picture will help: From "how stuff works"

The plant absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, draws water up through its roots and uses light to photosynthesize sugars, which it uses as food. It excretes oxygen as a by-product of the process. Without water, photosynthesis cannot take place.

C02 is just part of our atmosphere
Plants need it

Plants provide US with Oxygen

bottom line: earth NEEDS C02 to SURVIVE
Carbon Dioxide is NOT a pollutant

Fred Singer and Dr. Craig Idso and 35 contributors and reviewers present an authoritative and detailed rebuttal of the findings of the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), on which the Obama Administration and Democrats in Congress rely for their regulatory proposals."
