I have been mostly supportive of Glenn Beck on Fox news. He has shone a lot of light on corruption in American politics.
However, he has been going on and on (...and on ...and on and on) about constitutional issues: covering (insert topic __) with "this isn't in the constitution... bla dee bla... do something about it America... bla bla"...
Rinse, cycle, repeat. Ok fine... but...
Why won't he discuss presidential eligibility? Beck fans have been TRYING to get him to discuss it, but intead, he just disses birthers or truthers (anyone concerned person is W.House is a usurper).
Not nice. Eligibility is a VERY VALID question!

The Kerchner case (Apuzzo) as I mentioned LAST AUGUST 2009 IS alive and well. IT WILL be heard on the merits at some point in time.

C'mon Beck, man up... discuss the natural born citizen requirement for POTUS and how NEITHER McCain and Obummers are constitutionally eligible...
