Geller, Patrick & Boyz know what to do now: tips for Rs

General George Patton

There is a lot of discussion all over the new media and lots of recommendations on what Republicans should do now they've had successful 2010 elections. Here are some great suggestions from Pamela Geller:

"Government is not the answer -- it destroys everything it touches. We must take back the culture, becuase politics is merely a reflection of the culture. The left has the culture in a chokehold. They demonize the successful and hardworking and exalt failures, moochers and looters -- an inverted moral priority.

Our victory is the beginning of the 40 years war -- who is with me?

  • We will repeal national socialist Obamacare.
  • We will destroy all old propaganda media. New media is steamrolling over the deadmen walking.
  • We will repeal the financial reform bill that scapegoated business for the abject failures of the fed.
  • We will take back the college campuses.
  • We will get on our childrens' school boards and, just like in Texas, change the whitewashed history books and review the syllabi.
  • Get government out of our lives. Dismantle big government. Piece by piece.
  • Deregulate business. Piece by piece. Sector by sector. Unshackle the motor of the country. Free the producer.
  • We will volunteer in homeschooling networks. We will donate and offer our services in our respective areas of expertise.
  • Unshackle America. Repeal "hate crime" legislation. All crime is hate. This is an attack on free speech. Islamic supremacists will invoke "hate speech" to kill free speech.
  • We will expose and prosecute the subversives like CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, ISNA and all Muslim Brotherhood fronts whose stated aim is "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within."
  • We will call our mortal enemy by its rightful name: Islamic jihad.
  • We will turn the Muslim Brotherhood into the Muslims Little Girlyhood.
  • We will stop funding Ground Zero Mosque Imam Rauf's fund raising junkets to the Middle East.
  • We will stop importing whole Muslim communities from Somalia under the "UN's Resettlement Program."
  • We will ridicule, polarize, and render irrelevant the dogmatic, evil leftists.
  • We will crush them with our logic and reason and concrete facts.
  • We will demand reasoned discourse and laugh at their ad hominen attacks.
  • RINOs will not be tolerated. Leave the party, join the traitors. Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins, take note.
  • Drill baby, drill.
  • We will raise the voting age to 21. Military excluded. If "children" are still on their parents health-care at 26, maybe 21 is too low.
  • We will mandate trips for key liberals in leadership to Iran, Somalia, Darfur, et al, to watch clitorectomies, stonings, and gender apartheid.
  • We will arrange for youth summer camps in Somalia and Darfur for Obama's youth corps, and tell them it's the peace corps for the lefties.
  • We will demand accountability from the United Nations, or withdraw from it.
  • We will save Israel from Islamic anti-semitism.
  • We will disqualify the Organization of the Islamic Conference at the UN until there is an Organization of the Christian Conference and Organization of the Jewish Conference.

Sounds like a great start, Pam... I'm with ya!

10th Cavalry Color Guard 1917

Here's some good advice and new ways to think about the losses like Reid in Nevada, Boxer in California and Franks in Massachusetts. HillBuzz points out: "Harry Reid remains in the Senate to be the face of incompetence he’s always been. He’ll be an albatross around Obama’s neck for the next two years, and vice versa. Barbara Boxer returns to the Senate to remain the poster child of incompetence for the party. Moonbeam Jerry Brown has become the Governor of California, and will further run it into the ground in the next two years. Barney Frank remains a corrupt clown whose ties to the economic collapse continues to be a sore point for Democrats.

If any of these people had lost their elections, it’s true voters and America would have been better off. But, in terms of 2012 strategy, keeping them in office hurts Democrats as a party more than it actually affects America. These people are the faces of the party that continuously turn Independents away from Democrats…and they will keep doing that for another two years."

The HillBuzz boyz are verrry clever, yes?!

I also was mortified the majority of Illinois went "red" (Republican) in key seats include TheWon's old senate seat going to Kirk. Except Chicago... which remains Dems all around including the horrible communist J.Schakowsky. I found solace over at Patrick's World USA:

"For over a century here in the United States and for centuries in Europe, people who have clustered into big cities and high population centers have always had a need to be told what to do. It is normal human belief that when large groups of people live in such close quarters that there needs to be rules and codes of conduct. And for centuries they have chosen their leaders to be both nanny and disciplinarian.

In more open areas where there is more of a rural or pioneering type setting, people tend to want to self-regulate. They don't want groups or other people to tell them how to live, what to do with their land and most of all don't want themselves being forced to give up things that they earn from the sweat of their own brow so that people can live comfortably in large cities where services and peaceful living are considered entitlements rather than issues of personal responsibility."
- thus... -
"There are two philosophies. The inner city philosophy of top down rule and the rural more outside suburbanite philosophy of small limited government with bottom up rule. These will always clash unless those with the inner city mentalities who vote liberal like lemmings can be convinced that their lives will be much better off once they are weaned off the teet of the federal government (and ultimately unwilling taxpayers who don't live in or near the big cities).

The Shining City on a Hill need not be polished off the sweat of the brows of those who live in the valleys. Those who live in the city need to take responsibility for their own pad or plot and take pride in their communities and complex enough to believe that we are all capable of making the country a better place when we stop micro-managing and over-complicating things and take a more common sense approach to solving our problems."

A HA! DING DING DING! light bulb in my head - Patrick helped me understand the mindless, cluster Dems in Chicago a bit better now... Thanks Patrick, Boyz and Pamela!

Death of Carbon Trading Exchange not publicized funny enuff

Good news on the ClimateGate front, from GreenHell blog:

"At its founding in November 2000, some estimated that the size of CCX’s carbon trading market could reach $500 billion. The CCX was the brainchild of Richard Sandor who used $1.1 million in grants from the Chicago-based Joyce Foundation to launch the CCX. Sandor received $98.5 million for his 16.5% stake in CCX when it was sold. Not bad for an idea that didn’t pan out.

Incredibly (but not surprisingly), although thousands of news articles have been published about CCX by the lamestream media over the years, a Nexis search revealed no news articles published about the demise of CCX in the five days since the CCX’s announcement.
With the demise of CCX carbon trading, only the still-pending Waxman-Markey bill is keeping cap-and-trade alive (technically, at least) in the U.S. According to JunkScience.com’s Cap-and-Trade Death Clock, however, Waxman-Markey only has about 68days of life left before it, too, turns into a pumpkin."
OH YEAH and even the Guardian (liberal UK media) reports Obama's green agenda crushed at the ballot box:

"Some of the surviving Democrats are just as opposed. Joe Manchin won his Senate seat in West Virginia by, literally, shooting his rifle at Obama's climate agenda.

In her election night stint as a Fox news commentator, Sarah Palin singled out the Environmental Protection Agency as an example of big and wasteful government. The Republican leadership has signalled they it is opposed to a whole array of EPA regulations, including those on ozone and mercury. The EPA is seen as a fallback route for the Obama administration to deal with the regulation of greenhouse gases after the US senate dropped its climate bill in the summer.

The new crop of Republican leaders in the house are way ahead of Palin, with plans for sweeping investigations of climate science and of Obama administration officials such as Lisa Jackson, who heads the EPA.

As far as the leaders are concerned, the science of climate change is far from settled. "We're going to want to have a do-over," Darrell Issa, a favourite to head the house oversight and investigations committee, told a recent interviewer."

Rush warns: no way, no centering by TheWon

Rush is on fire today (Wednesday) on his post election commentary!

He rightly warns America: there is no WAY O-bumbles aka TheWon will triangulate and move more to the center (and try to work with Republicans) yadda yadda yadda...

Of course he won't. Rush points out: "Anybody thinks that Obama's gonna do anything different, that Obama is going to somehow move and moderate our way and so forth? These people in no way, shape, manner or form are going to acknowledge one bit of achievement or accomplishment or allow one bit of credit to accrue to anybody but them, no matter what is obvious.

You and I would not have the guts to brazenly lie like that on such a national stage. To Harry Reid and Barack Obama, it's par for the course. Because they know they've got the media right behind 'em promoting it and even amplifying it. So this business that there's gonna be movement toward us from Obama, and compromise, forget it.

Obama is a failure. Last night's elections, yesterday's elections put the exclamation point to it. He was on the agenda. His agenda was on the ballot, he said so. Obama is a failure. This is no longer one man's prophecy. This is no longer my opinion. It's no longer my expressed desire. It's a fact.

Obama's first team has already exited the White House. And Pelosi is history. All of Obama's number one aides, Rahm Emanuel, they're gone, Axelrod's leaving, all the A-team, they're gone, heading back to Chicago, to the cave, wherever they're going back to, academia. Pelosi is history, the shortest speakership in history, ding-dong the witch is dead.

The Senate has been weakened, Obama has no momentum. Zilch, zero, nada. There is going to be a power struggle within the Democrat Party. Obama's $200 million-a-day trip to India will only fuel the struggle. (yes, that's right, $200,000,000.00 a DAY for his INDIA trip, zippee-dee-doo-dah!)

Obama has not mesmerized and does not hold the Democrat Party in mesmerization. He's not got everybody snowed any longer. The Democrats know Obama's poison. The Democrats know today that Barack Obama is a liability.

I doubt that you'll hear anybody on the Republican side saying what I'm saying to you today, but it's true. Obama has lost his momentum. There's going to be a power struggle within the Democrat Party, blood is in the water."

Rush also explains and chastises the good-ol-boys-club -> the Republican guard who wouldn't help Christine O'Donnell or Sharon Angle. (Yep, thanks alot Steele you poofter.)

NO COMPROMISE REPUBLICANS...

STOP.THE.SPENDING.PERIOD.!!!

So watch out America... watch your backs... Wisen up... listen to Rush if you need advice! "The bottom line here is there's gonna be a power struggle within the Democrat Party. This trip to India is not right. The optics of the Obama regime, they're just not right. The regime has been rejected. The Obama agenda has been repudiated. This was a wipeout. The Democrats know this. They will never say it publicly, folks. They're plotting for 2012."

UK's Delingpole wants a British T.E.A. party

James Delingpole wants a British T.E.A. party:

"Arriving back at Heathrow late on Sunday night I felt – as you do on returning to Britain these days – as if I were entering a failed state. It’s not just the Third World shabbiness which is so dispiriting. It’s the knowledge that from its surveillance cameras to its tax regime, from its (mostly) EU-inspired regulations to its whole attitude to the role of government, Britain is a country which has forgotten what it means to be free.

God how I wish I were American right now."

WHY, James? Whattsa matter U? Has he been watching the TEAnami alerts and the wave hitting Washington? Perhaps he HAS! James understands America VOTES!

"... enough of them (mid term voting Americans) to understand that in the last 80 or more years – and not just in the US but throughout the Western world – government has forgotten its purpose. It has now grown so arrogant and swollen as to believe its job is to shape and improve and generally interfere with our lives. And it’s not. Government’s job is to act as our humble servant.

What’s terrifying is how few of us there are left anywhere in the supposedly free world who properly appreciate this. Sure, we may feel in our hearts that – as Dick Armey and Matt Kibbe put it in their Give Us Liberty: A Tea Party manifesto – “We just want to be free. Free to lead our lives as we please, so long as we do not infringe on the same freedom of others”. And we may even confide it to our friends after a few drinks.

But look at Australia; look at Canada; look at New Zealand; look at anywhere in the EUSSR; look at America – at least until things begin to be improved by today’s glorious revolution. Wherever you go, even if it’s somewhere run by a notionally “conservative” administration, the malaise you will encounter is much the same: a system of governance predicated on the notion that the state’s function is not merely to uphold property rights, maintain equality before the law and defend borders, but perpetually to meddle with its citizens’ lives in order supposedly to make their existence more fair, more safe, more eco-friendly, more healthy. And always the result is the same: more taxation, more regulation, less freedom. Less “fairness” too, of course."

James concludes "...“Thank God for the Tea Party!” Though it has been typically misrepresented by the liberal media as a rattlers’ nest of gun-toting fruitcakes who want to ban masturbation and abortion, it is, of course, nothing of the kind. It is – whatever the increasingly redundant Moonbat may claim – a genuine grass roots movement inspired by the one great political cause truly worth fighting and dying for: the cause of liberty.

HEY NZ, UK AND CANADA... is it time for T.E.A. YET?!
